Qualifications:

1. Any Computer Science based graduation
2. 5+ years of experience in IT
3. Hands on experience in Java related technologies
4. Knowledge in SEPA Payments Domain

Skills:

4. Prior experience on Banking Application Support

Responsibilities:

1. Production support of  Automated real-time Anti-money laundering transaction monitoring System
2. Develop a strong understanding of customer's Anti-Money Laundering program, policies and procedures, and requirements.
3. Execute the accurate processing of different types of alerts in accordance with standard operating procedures.
4. Suggest process improvements to achieve improved efficiency and accuracy.
5. Providing training to the team members and solving the day-to-day Business queries
6. Prepare and deliver reports in line with key deliverables
7. Knowledge/prior exposure to Incident/Problem/Change Management.
8. Participate in Major incidents including tasks related to identifying and basic troubleshooting Infrastructure and application issues proactively
9. Provide RCA for Major Incidents as required
10. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents
11. Participate in emergency service and disaster recovery activities
12. Willing to work on shifts and on-calls
13. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure and think analytically

Filtration criteria:

1. 5+ years working experience on Java related technologies
2. Software engineering experience and good knowledge of one or more programming languages
3. Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL a plus
4. Java programming preferred with exposure to Java and Web technologies
5. Experience in Filebeat, Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana
6. Experience in MongoDB
7. Knowledge  or Exposure to Apache Grafana, Apache Kafka, Apache Storm, Apache ZooKeeper, NGINX webserver
8. Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of industry technologies for storage, networking, and processing
9. Basic knowledge of working in Linux environments
10. Experience with Application Servers and Web Servers
11. Exposure to  cloud related technologies
12. Fluency in English
13. Excellent customer interaction skills
