Location: Bangalore

Required Skills:

1. 3+ year of experience in Application Development or Maintenance
2. 2+ year of experience in incident management and Escalation process
3. Experience in handling Apple app-store and Google Play store
4. Proven experience in troubleshooting App issues
5. Working experience and basic understanding of AWS/Azure Cloud systems
6. Proven experience in Application monitoring
7. Proven experience in using any major ITSM tools (JIRA preferred)
8. Proven experience in learning new technologies quickly
9. Good command in Microsoft Office suite
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills
12. Willing work in rotational based 24X7 Shifts 

Additional Skills:

1. Knowledge on cloud monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Datadog etc.
2. Experience in Change Management Process
3. Excel reporting
