Job Description:

• Delivery Manager with SF / Vlocity / Siebel Clarify or any other BSS/OSS COTS product implementation experience in large Telco Transformation program
• Proven experience of leading CRM Application Development and Maintenance streams
• Experience in Agile/ Safe Agile delivery framework, Efficient in Scrum planning and management 
• Ability to lead large team from front
• Strong Telecom Domain knowledge and Functional understanding of CRM applications is a must

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP certification will be plus
• Salesforce/Vlocity Training/Certifications will be plus
