Job Description

• Engage with the end client on regular basis
• Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
• Work closely with the project managers leading different project implementations while retaining focus on engagement experience and contract compliance. 
• Lead technical teams and be responsible for customer and team engagement
• Collaborate with global teams for delivery across geographies. 
• Set up and facilitate “discovery sessions” with key stakeholders to define scope and requirements, identify risks early and communicate to stakeholders, set and manage expectations.
• Act as the escalation point when issues arise with client's resources / services and manage dispute or conflict
• Report internally on project performance (services delivery, progress, economics, etc.) and progress of the contract. Organize regular cadence with executive and project sponsors through governance meetings.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7-10 years of experience in similar roles leading Salesforce or similar CRM projects
• Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product is a plus
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Salesforce Certification is a plus
