Job Description:

1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
2. Techno Functional Manager having 12+ years of experience in Development & Testing Area
3. Should have experience in Telecom Domain in OSS area
4. Should have experience in requirement gathering, Understanding the business requirement
5. Should able to Analyze and Understand the code
6. Should able to understand the functional requirement & flows
7. Should able to know all the testing concepts and methodologies
8. Must have experience in working on Agile Projects & Processes & related tools like Jira, HPALM
9. Should have experience in estimation for the business requirement.
10. Should have very good communication skill
11. Should be able to handle the client independently
12. Should have working experience in Developing the interfacing application and working of
    interfacing application
13. Should have experience in Database (Oracle, SQL). Should be able to write the queries as well
14. Should very well known about the project documentation as well
15. Should able to handle the all the quality process for audit
16. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
17. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
18. Ensure resource availability and allocation
19. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
20. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
21. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
22. Report and escalate to management as needed
23. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
24. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
25. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
26. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
27. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each
    project
28. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and
    experience levels
29. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and
    long-term goals
30. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
