Role: Project Manager

Location – Remote and post pandemic- Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
 

1. We are looking to hire an entry to mid-level Technical Manager who can guide the team technically as well as operationally, provide solutions for complicated issues, the candidate should also be ready to work in night shifts when required.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent consulting skills such as ability to effectively multi-task, strong prioritization skills, and client management skills
4. Strong process orientation; ability to drive process improvements
5. Minimum of 8 year’s proven experience in team management and small-scale project management.
6. Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a 24/7 support team.
7. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in application development
8. Demonstrated ability to work in remote and widely distributed team environments.
9. Demonstrated leadership skills, communication, analytical and problem solving skills, short term and long term planning skills.
10. Demonstrated ability to assess team skills, create team development and career
11. development plans
12. Demonstrated ability in Scrum / Agile process running a full development / product life cycle.
13. Experience in digital transformation solutions like AI, Analytics, Automation
14. Experience working and troubleshooting in Linux platform
15. Advanced knowledge in SQL and working knowledge of DB Structure (Oracle and SQL Server)
16. Strong Experience in Backend Technologies i.e. JAVA
17. Strong Experience in any UI Technology i.e., Angular / React.
