Experience: 6 to 8 years

Location: India (Chennai/ Banaglore)

Technology/Skillset:

Have 10-12 yrs of experience in IT with 3-4 yrs in project management

Requirements( Roles and Responsibilities):

1. Have 10-12 yrs of experience in IT with 3-4 yrs in project management
2. Have experience in managing a team size of 15 -20.
3. Good in Project Management - tracking all tasks, delivering as planned, participate in meeting and narrate notes and action items. 
4. Follow up on action items, Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
5. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
6. Must be organized, knowledgeable and able to multitask. They must also be a good communicator, strong leader and effective problem-solver.
7. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
8. Have to be Proactive in planning and decision making
9. Excellent in creative writing and verbal communication 
10. Experience in sending project status report from Vice President, to different leadership level. Articulate the report based on the audience group 
11. Excellent presentation skill with PPT to present the deck at leadership level and management
12. Good in team coordination with Dev/QA/BA team/cross application team. Maintain support SLA metrics and do required follow ups for closure. 
13. US shift time (7pm to 4am CST)
