Primary Skill:

1. Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role
2. Excellent communication skills ·        
3. Hands on experience in testing and using TFS, Azure for defect management system     
4. Should be from Web and mobile testing        
5. Experience in QA methodology
6. Experience with Agile frameworks and regression testing
7. Able to understand client’s requirement and align the test cases accordingly
8. Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans and adopt standard testing practices and strategies
9. Active participation in releases by handling of pre/post release requirements
10. Should be able to identify and mitigate risk
11. Comfortable and effective reporting to management
12. Familiarity with testing tools and defect management system
13. Maintain traceability Metrix of functionality and test cases

Secondary Skill:    

1. Identify area of automation
