Role: QA Software Tester

Location: Navi Mumbai 

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Job Description: 

1. QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing
2. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches
3. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
4. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly

Responsibilities:

1. Review and analyse system specifications
2. Collaborate with Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
3. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results
4. Evaluate product code according to specifications
5. Create logs to document testing phases and defects
6. Report bugs and errors to development teams
7. Help troubleshoot issues
8. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
10. EPC domain knowledge will be added advantage

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
2. Experience in project management and QA methodology
3. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
4. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
5. Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Attention to detail
8. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
9. Strong organizational skills
10. BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
