Project Description:

We are looking for a Senior Front End Developer to join our creative professional team. We are developing and supporting a microservices-based platform that provides a foundation for asset management across the animation production pipeline for an animation studio. As part of a team you'll take part in development of modern applications in a lean agile environment, and apply all your creativity, team work, cross-cultural communication and excellent technical skills in complex and highly visible media domains.

Responsibilities:

·  Experienced in constructing web-based front-ends utilizing technologies such as HTML5, jQuery, AngularJS and React.

·  Work with UX in creating rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and future users.

·  Work with development teams on documentation and testing.

·  Interface with operational staff to coordinate deployments, setup monitoring tools, manage configuration, and debug live issues.

·  Assist production on migration plans to adopt new front-end driven solutions.

Mandatory Skills Description:

·  Proven Advanced level of communication in English.

·  Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience

·  5+ years of JavaScript development experience

·  Proficient with HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript

·  Proficient in modern web application features and design goals (such as Web components, Responsive Design, and Progressive Applications)

·  Familiar with debugging tools and solving for cross-browser concerns

·  Thorough understanding of web service technologies (REST, JSON)

·  Ability to research and adapt new technologies quickly in a very dynamic work environment
