Role: REACT Developer

Experience: 4-6 years

Location: Pune / Bangalore

Key skills: ReactJS and NextJS, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript & TypeScript

Responsibilities:  

1. Develop and optimize user interfaces using modern web technologies.
2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and adaptive web designs. 
3. Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
5. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
6. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Skills required to contribute:  

1. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS/SCSS/LESS Atomic Design
2. Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks, especially ReactJS and NextJS.
3. State Management with Redux, RTK good to have.
4. Expertise in TypeScript and familiarity with ES5/ES6.
5. Knowledge of JAM Stack architecture and Webpack.
6. Experience with Module Federation and Micro Front End architectures. 
7. Familiarity with ReactJS libraries.
8. Experience with GIT, including branching and merging strategies.
9. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
10. Proficiency in design thinking and problem-solving.
11. Strong understanding of algorithms and design patterns.
12. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
13. Knowledge of third-party plugins like Google Analytics and Omniture/ Payment interface.
14. Familiarity with compliance standards like PCI, PII/GDPR, Accessibility
15. Adherence to programming principles like DRY, KISS, SOLID, and IDEAL.
16. Ability to learn, upskill, and lead by example.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with Stencils.
2. UX design skills and familiarity with tools like Figma.
3. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting.
