Job description:

1. Remedy Developer with 5-7 years experience
2. Working experience on BMC helix ITSM that includes Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management modules.
3. Knowledge of configuring Approvals for Service Request and Change Modules.
4. Design and develop DWPC service catalogues as per business  requirements.
5. Configure and maintain BMC Helix platform to meet the needs of the organization.
6. Troubleshot issues in BMC Helix system.
7. Maintain documentation on configuration and use of BMC Helix system.
8. Work with other teams to integrate the BMC helix platform with other systems and applications.
9. Working experience in BMC Helix iPaaS solution for integrations to address advanced business process and system integrations.
10. Experienced in Developing, Testing, and deploying integrations between BMC Helix system and other applications using the REST API.
11. Strong experience in developing web based dashboards using BMC Helix dashboard designer.
12. Develop and design new dashboards and widgets based on the business requirements
13. Must be a quick learner and a team player
