POSITION OVERVIEW : Automation Anywhere, SQL, .NET, UI Path POSITION

Responsibilities

1.  Analyzing requirements and creating script.
2.  Provide advanced technical support for investigation and diagnosis for resolving tickets related incidents to ensure Service Level Agreements/Operational Level Agreements are compiled.  
3. Delivering a high-quality application
4. Problem solving issues that arise in day to day issues and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

Technical skills :

1. Overall IT Experience:  Min 10 years, of which Min 4+ years in Automation Anywhere.
2. Experience in developing Automations in: Automation Anywhere and any other RPA platform
3. Hands on experience in Web based Automation.
4. Strong knowledge in SQL Server
5. Basic knowledge of C# console application development and automation technics (Excel, outlook integration etc.)
6. Should have experience to handle customer call.
7. Interest to learn other RPA platforms.
8. Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram
9. Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Automation Software Products.
