Skills Required:

1. 4+ Years of experience in Automation Anywhere
2. 2+ experience in scripting language (Visual Basic or JavaScript)

Duties and Tasks:

1. Provide guidance with process designExperience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixesWork with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
2. Create process and end-user documentation Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
3. Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
4. Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
5. Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools
6. Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions
7. Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
8. Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
9. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
10. Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
