Job Description:

1. End to end coordination with process owners, developers and IT teams to implement projects.
2. Work closely with Business Units and departments to ensure conformance to governance and processes
3. Track and monitor RPA automation performance, KPIs etc,
4. Review process documentation i.e. scorecard, process definition, solution design and user document,
5. Identify best practices and continuous improvement in RPA solutions,
6. Manage licenses and administer the Uipath Orchestrator and robots across different global business units.
7. Organise and conduct RPA-related training for local and overseas business units,
8. Organise events such as webinar and publish articles to promote and increase adoption of RPA

Job Specifications:

1. Degree in Computer Engineering /Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
2. Minimum 3-year hands on working experience in RPA project development and programmin training using UiPath, preferably leading a team of RPA developers.
3. Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills,
4. Minimum 3-year hands on working experience in RPA project development and programming training using UiPath, preferably leading a team of RPA developers.
5. Knowledgeable in business process analysis, RPA process design and automation best practice,
6. Excellent communication skills to liaise with people from different background, technical and non- technical.
