Role: RPA Developer

Job description:

This is a challenging role requiring the successful individual to partner, coordinate and drive progress across global teams and different business areas as well as partner closely with key stakeholders and colleagues around the firm.

Responsibilities:

1. Technically sound candidate with hands-on UIPATH development experience.
2. Configure robotics processes using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand.
3. Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
4. Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase
5. 3+ years of relevant hands-on automation experience using UiPath
6. Design, develop and deploy Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using different tools,   design principles and conventions
7. Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
8. Keeps Solution Architect well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and Solution Architect.
9. Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
10. Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques.
11. Understands OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements.
12. Understands browser / client specific compatibility issues.
13. Support the deployment of RPA workflows using corporate change control processes
14. Work on any performance issues with BOT running in UAT/PRD.
15. Interpersonal/Communication Skills
16. Good verbal and written technical communication skills.
17. Good business interfacing skills to work with various lines of business on process flow maps.
18. Able to adapt easily to changing requirements and priorities.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Overall IT experience of 3-6 years.
2. 3 + years of relevant hands-on automation experience using UiPath.
3. Experience in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products particularly in Infrastructure design, ERP, CRM, Network, Security
4. Experience in programming in VB, C#, .NET is a must. Knowledge of programming in Java and HTML will be a plus.
5. Ability to interpret and visualize business process flows and translate the same into automation solutions.
6. Experience in implementing keystroke and mouse operation based events.
7. Bot Deployment and Management/ Exposure to Control room and release management
8. Basic DBMS skills and SQL skills.
9. Document the proposed solution which includes a definition of the user interfaces, functional processes, and data within the proposed system.
10. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
11. Good understanding of systems and troubleshooting abilities.
12. Providing a superior level of experience and knowledge of the Automation Anywhere solution and associated methodology to support colleagues through all phases of delivery lifecycle.

Nice to have skills:

1. Ability to conduct Cost/Benefit analysis
2. Good exposure to error handling and recovery strategies in UiPath.
3. Good application modeling skills and knowledge of different recording mechanisms of UiPath like object cloning, Optical character recognition, image recognition modes.
4. Good knowledge on HTML and CSS concepts to understand the properties of web components for efficient and quick troubleshooting and analysis. Knowledge of local and global variables and interlinked tasks.
5. Working experience on mainframe systems and remote applications like Citrix. Knowledge of applying automation anywhere object cloning methods on Browsers like Chrome and Firefox
