Job Description:

1. The SailPoint architect profile in the IAM Tower will be a proven self-starter with the ability toproblem solve, communicate, and participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective,and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues
2. Candidate will possess astrong understanding of IAM in general, and Access Governance/SailPoint’s suites of products specifically
3. This person filling this position will be expected to successfully participate and lead SailPoint deployment projects in a billable capacity and provide thought leadership internally while helping to consistently improve the SailPoint portfolio

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Experience in software architecture, system design & development
2. Experience in working with the customer directly which includes initial requirement gathering, day-to-day technical discussions, technical demos, and project delivery
3. Perform confidently and authoritatively in the role of SailPoint Architect on all SailPoint- related technologies from a deployment perspective
4. Act as lead or supporting deployment engineer on SailPoint deployment projects
5. Provide SailPoint-related troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities
6. Perform the following SailPoint deployment related activities on projects (including but not limited to)
7. Ensure requirements gathered, processes defined, and use cases documented are implemented in an out of the box configuration vs. customization as much as possible
8. Participate in all SailPoint deployment activities – connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration
9. Participate in and/or Lead User Acceptance Testing bug-related re-engineering efforts
10. Design, implement, and educate on SailPoint build processes, code migration, and source control use
11. Provide knowledge transfer and postproduction support activities, as necessary
12. Experience in developing RESTful Web services using any framework
13. Experience with working on Agile Software development methodology
14. Prior experience in leading/mentoring a team is preferred
15. Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills
16. Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision

Skills required to contribute:

1. Total of 10-12 years of relevant experience into Identity and Access Management Domain
2. A minimum of 4-5 years' current SailPoint implementation experience
3. Experience deploying SailPoint IdentityNow as well, in complex and diverse customer environments on multiple types of application servers and operating systems, preferably including Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, IBM Websphere, Windows, and Linux
4. Experience with Scripting to build automation assets using Sailpoint IdentityNow technologies
5. Extensive knowledge and understanding of Information Security, Identity & Access
6. Management (IAM), and SailPoint technologies
7. Understanding and proven architectural experience on IAM, SSO, PAM, CIAM and ZeroTrust frameworks
8. Experience and Exposure of using / exposing RESTful APIs
9. Experience working with multiple IAM-related technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate technical details in a clear, understandable manner to multiple levels of an organization
11. Customer-focused with a strong interest in client satisfaction
12. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area of study; or 10 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
