Job Description:

Preferred 4-6 years of platform-specific implementation & support experience in an Enterprise IT

environment.

Independently perform the following functions:

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and/or other platform native functionality
• Basic knowledge of platform best practices
• Basic knowledge of one or more business process verticals
• Basic knowledge of support concepts and policies*

Support Concepts & Policies:

• Core business processes to support Salesforce business model
• User and access management for core business model
• Data/API management (DataLoader and Workbench)
• Familiar with Salesforce to Salesforce connection
• Exposure to Data migration (Must)
• Software Development Life Cycle, including Agile methodology

Platform Scope:

• Complex user and access management activities
• Data Loads/data migration tasks
• Environments sync-up activities
• Familiarity with Files, Attachments and Bulk Migration
• Should be able to create Data mapping files, record type transformations - Must
• Basic understanding of end to end process mapping
• Ability to complete end to end process mapping with business partners
• Demonstrates a willingness to experiment with new ideas, tools and practices
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication

Technologies Required:

• Salesforce Administration/Configuration
• Good to have Salesforce Development (Apex and Lightning Web Components skills)
• Conga CLM (Erneshwhile, Apttus) certified - Advantage.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Administration 201, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Advanced Administrator - 211

Other Skills:

• MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint,Visio,Gapps, Basic SOQL and other scripting language
• Microsoft Office and Google Apps suite.
