1. 3 – 5 Years’ Experience, with at least 3 years in working on Salesforce Service Cloud / Communities
2. Experience in working on Communities
3. Experienced in working on Lightning Flows
4. Experienced in Salesforce configurations
5. Must be Admin and PD1 certified
