Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical point of contact for Salesforce.com engineering. Drive user adoption of existing functionality and applications
- Work with Product Management to translate user stories to technical delivery
- Apply expertise in Salesforce to drive best-in-class solutions, utilizing tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Workflow, Custom Objects, and Formula Fields.
- Collaborate with the larger Cloud Services teams to ensure company-wide system stability
- Provide production support to end users on an ongoing basis, including occasional rotational off-hours support during peak business periods such as month/quarter/year-end
- Consultant to internal and external stakeholders from a technical and process perspective
Competencies:
- Able to utilize SFDC automation tools to build out complex business processes
- Skilled as a business analyst who can understand and identify solutions for stakeholder’s pain points
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to individuals with varied backgrounds and skill levels
- Concisely communicates training materials to end-users in written and spoken form
- Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce.com experience administering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ or equivalent advanced degree and/or work experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot APEX code
- Understand and configure, workflows and processes
- Demonstrated experience administrating SFDC implementation and adoption
- Ability to develop and maintain a complex security model
- Proven experience analyzing and resolving complex processes or technical issues.
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience using Data Loader or other SFDC based data migration tools
- Experience leading regression and user acceptance testing
- Excellent influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse workgroup
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Preferred
- SFDC Admin - 201 Certification
