Location: Noida

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Lead Salesforce architecture and technical teams leading end to end implementations in greenfield and brownfield scenarios.
2. Design, implement and enhance application architecture on salesforce platform.
3. Consult clients to shape their architectural vision and draw out a realization roadmap.
4. Collaborate with other geographies capability leads and lead the efforts in building Salesforce capability in India.
5. Respond to RFPs around salesforce and provide Salesforce related inputs in responses to ongoing RFPs.
6. Design the solution framework for the Salesforce development team.
7. Thought leadership around Salesforce in SSI and internationally as well.
8. Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with Customers.
9. Understand the User Stories and provide accurate work-load estimates for ongoing implementations.
10. Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization. 
11. Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps. 
12. Troubleshoot existing Salesforce implementations.

Desired Competencies:

1. Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent.
2. 8+ years of experience with Salesforce implementation.
3. Implementation expertise on both classic and lightning versions of Salesforce
4. Experience of implementing Salesforce modules in multiple contexts and at-least two business domains
5. Good architectural insight and command over architectural concepts
6. Conversant with Salesforce implementation best practices and approaches
7. Functional expertise on sales, marketing and service clouds
8. Expertise on ALM and DevOps concepts and their realization on salesforce platform
9. Knowledge of Salesforce administration concepts
10. Salesforce accreditations around development, design and architecture
11. Good oral and written communication skills in English.
12. Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL , Java, C++ will be considered an advantage.
13. Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs.
14. Experience in working in SCRUM Team.
15. Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
