Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Accountabilities:

The successful Senior Business Analyst will be required to:

● Provide user BA consulting to the business, producing high quality deliverables

● Facilitate stakeholder meetings, or workshops to gather and refine complex Continuous improvements requirements.

● Experience in Salesforce ( Sales, Service and Experience clouds)

● Very good knowledge in JIRA & Confluence 

● BA Experience in Digital Media Industry 

● Document requirements, Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria

● Ensure that work produced by developers meets business requirements

● Participate in Daily Stand-ups

● Be involved in sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives

● Work in a collaborative way with team members of different skills to deliver platforms that create engaging experiences for our customers

● Support operations in development of project artefacts such as business continuity plans and operational plans

Key Selection Criteria:

● Salesforce certifications and Trailhead badges 

● Experience as a Business Analyst in large complex CRM environments is mandatory, including previous experience facilitating discovery workshops, epic/feature/story definition, estimation and product showcases.

● Able to do a significantly complex piece of analysis work.

● Attention to detail, yet able to step back and see the big picture when the situation requires

● Able to understand key technical salesforce terms and deployment methods.

● Sound knowledge of project management methodologies/Sprint planning
