Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient with Force.com features and capabilities
• Ability to interact with customers/business partners to understand their key requirements and help in creating product backlogs & BRDs
• Ability to guide internal customers/users throughout all aspects of the software development life cycle, including agile practices, from writing user stories
• and acceptance criteria to co-ordinating end to end and user acceptance testing
• Experience with working in agile methodology and scrum
• Understanding of basic information technology concepts like Cloud infrastructure, SaaS, integrations, basic coding concepts.
• Excellent communication skills

Optional skills:

• Salesforce product/admin certification
• Knowledge in functional areas of Finance
• Understanding of mulesoft will be a plus
