Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

· Lead Discovery sessions and capture key business requirements

· Document functional specifications

· Groom and elaborate user stories

· Perform field mapping / transformation

· Performa gap analysis

· Assist with solution design

· Communicate frequently and clearly with various stakeholders including

executive level on both internal as well as client side.

Desired Qualifications:

Per the listed qualifications below, will accept suitable combination of

education, training, or equivalent experience. Experience/Knowledge must be sufficient

to perform the required responsibilities/job duties in the normally accepted manner.

· 3+ years or equivalent experience with Salesforce (any cloud)

· 1+ year or equivalent experience in Service cloud

· Salesforce Admin Certifications

Bonus qualifications:

· Other Salesforce certification

· Consulting experience
