Location: India (no location constraint)

Job description:

1. 7+ years IT experience, with at least 4-5 years in Business Analysis and Functional Consulting on Salesforce
2. Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
3. Experience in Salesforce Integrations with Legacy systems
4. Experience in designing OOTB Solutions & estimations of customizations and experience in the assessment of the org and presenting the best practices and corrective actions and taking them forward for implementation to the customer
5. Strong business acumen to engage with all levels of a business and key stakeholders including – Product Owner, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Product Team, Tech Leads and Developers
6. Gather clients requirements and document business processes aligned to Salesforce functionality
7. Discuss and elicit under-the-surface needs and translate them into specific system requirements and user stories that clearly articulate the overall business requirements
8. Backlog grooming using tools like Rally or Jira
9. Ensure MVP is captured fully per Feature any each Feature is sized correctly per MVP of the business ask
10. Salesforce Admin certification is a must and any certification related to Business Analyst is preferable
11. Experience in Education domain is good to have
12. Experience in documentation of Org assessment conducted listing the findings in graphical format
13. Strong communication skills to collaborate with business/key stakeholders and technical teams
