Role: Salesforce Business Support Analyst

Desired Skills:-

1. 3+ years of experience in enterprise automation, with the most recent experience in Salesforce Administration.
2. Salesforce Experience/ Communities cloud experience is Must.
3. Interact with the business stakeholders to work & deliver business requirements that involve Configuration & Administration in SFDC.
4. Handle case incidents & perform End user troubleshooting to improve user experience in SFDC.
5. Perform RCA analysis, identify gaps in Business/System Process & suggest improvement measures.
6. Build custom reports, dashboards.
