Role: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager

Location: Brazil / India

Experience required and Job description:

1. Mandatory requirements/qualifications:
2. Spanish speaking
3. Need to have sufficient overlap with LAO time zone
4. Minimum 1-2 years of experience working on SFCC Business manager
5. Basic knowledge and hands on experience with SEO tagging/best practices

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all the business merchandizing activities pertaining to Masabrazos platform built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
2. Perform storefront merchandising tasks based on the guidance provided by the country specific product managers – including but not limited to setting up products/catalogs/promotions/campaigns/business rules etc using SFCC Business Manager
3. Partner with the fulfillment vendor(s) to update pricing/inventory etc.
4. Update existing or new content including articles , banners, images, PDPs etc.
5. Implement SEO best practices for any enhancements done on the existing Masabrazos storefronts. The list below is not exhaustive:
6. On-page tag optimizations (Meta titles, Meta descriptions)
7. Image alt tags, Hreflang Tags, Canonical tags etc
8. Redirects/XML sitemap/Robots.txt
9. Validate all SEO implementations in staging and production environments
10. Follow the KC defined incident process to report incidents/create tickets if there are any issues
11. Should be prepared to work during Latin America/US time zone
