Role: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Architect

Location: Brazil / India

Experience required and Job description:

1. Overall 8 to 12 years IT experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in the architecture, design, development and implementation of large-scale web and mobile applications for consumers adhering to non-functional requirements like security, reliability, scalability, and availability standard
3. 5+ year of experience in implementing eCommerce applications using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and/or Demandware is required. At least the last two years of experience is expected to be in Salesforce Commerce Cloud including headless implementations using OCAPI
4. Strong, in-depth, programming skills in JavaScript and other high-level languages, adopting practices like CI/CD using Azure DevOps/Jenkins, TDD, BDD, etc. is required. Strong SDLC experience including Agile/Waterfall is required
5. Good working knowledge on the Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
6. Good understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases and build script, deep understanding of the deployment considerations specific to SaaS based cloud server are expected
7. Experience in integrating ecommerce stores with external payment gateways and such other third- party eCommerce service providers is a must. Understanding of MOR, SOR etc. an advantage
8. Good understanding of privacy and data protection regulations like GDPR, CCPA desired. Experience implementing solutions adhering to PCI regulations an advantage
9. Strong experience in API’s (SOAP/REST) and database technologies is expected
10. Experience with front end development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JQuery) 
11. Experience integrating on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions is a must. AWS or Azure cloud experience is a plus
12. Exposure to other products in the Salesforce suite is a plus
13. Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
14. Should be prepared to work during Latin America/US time zone
