Job Summary:

As a Salesforce CPQ Developer with Logik.io, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions using Logik.io, a third-party CPQ application on top of the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, and other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, develop custom functionality, and deliver high-quality CPQ solutions that meet business needs. Your expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Logik.io will be critical in ensuring successful implementation of CPQ processes and workflows, as well as integration with other Salesforce modules and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, and other developers to gather and document requirements, and design CPQ solutions using Logik.io that meet business needs. Create solution designs, including process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
2. Development and Configuration: Develop custom functionality in Salesforce CPQ using Logik.io, including configuration of product rules, pricing rules, discounting rules, and approval processes. Create custom objects, fields, and formulas as needed. Develop custom CPQ workflows and automation using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
3. Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Billing, as well as external systems, using Logik.io's integration capabilities. Develop custom integration solutions as needed.
4. Testing and Deployment: Create and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality of the CPQ solutions. Deploy CPQ solutions using Salesforce change sets, Eclipse, or other tools, following best practices for release management.
5. Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides. Provide training and support to end users and other stakeholders on CPQ processes, functionalities, and best practices.
6. Maintenance and Support: Monitor and troubleshoot CPQ solutions for performance, stability, and usability. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for CPQ functionalities, including bug fixes, enhancements, and user support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ development, including configuration and customization using Logik.io.
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Experience with Salesforce integration, including REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ processes, workflows, and pricing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Salesforce CPQ certification and Logik.io certification (or willingness to obtain them) are highly desirable.
