Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce CPQ

Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ

solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience

working with Salesforce CPQ and possess a deep understanding of CPQ processes, data models, and best

practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Salesforce CPQ solutions:

 Design, configure, and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements.

 Implement pricing rules, product bundles, discounting, and quote templates.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

 Develop and maintain product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.

2. Customization and Integration:

 Customize Salesforce CPQ functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

 Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and billing systems.

 Develop custom workflows, validation rules, and triggers to automate business processes.

 Create and maintain documentation of customizations and integrations.

3. Troubleshooting and Support:

 Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce CPQ functionality and configurations.

 Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve system-related problems.

 Perform regular system maintenance and monitoring to ensure optimal performance.

4. Continuous Improvement:

 Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and functionalities.

 Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

 Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

 Conduct testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality deliverables.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.

3. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ processes, data models, and best practices.

4. Proficient in Salesforce CPQ configuration, including pricing rules, product bundles, and discounting.

5. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and

integration capabilities.

6. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.

7. Knowledge of declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval

Processes.

8. Solid understanding of CRM and Quote-to-Cash processes.

9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

11. Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.
