Role: Salesforce Developer

Location: Pune

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Job Responsibilities:

1. Innovate and drive development of software products around the Salesforce.com technologies
2. Design and implement features of Conga (Apttus) product suite.
3. Collaborate on the design, development, and continued enhancement of our features
4. Implement those features in a robust and maintainable fashion
5. Write unit and integration tests to ensure those features never break
6. Serve as mentor to less-experienced developers

Required Skills/Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or STEM field
2. 3-5 years of hands on experience in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning components, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Java, or other object-oriented languages with solid understanding of object-oriented programming/design
3. Knowledge of frontend development technologies such as JavaScript, JS Frameworks (AngularJS, JQuery etc), HTML5 concepts, CSS abstraction (Less, SASS etc) and Web services (REST/SOAP)
4. Salesforce platform developer certification is a plus, not mandatory
5. Ability to own a large portion of codebase
6. Detail-oriented, methodical, a perfectionist and work well with others
7. Functions well in a fast-paced, informal environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
8. One who can bring a professional and energetic attitude to the job
9. Should have interest and willingness to learn and utilize new technologies
10. Bachelor or Master’s in Engineering degree
