Experience: 4+ years

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes
2. Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, performance, and security & compliance
3. Work in scrum teams for realization of designed technical solution
4. Enthusiastic, professional and confident personality with a focus on customer success
5. Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
6. Should able to develop solutions based on Salesforce Field Service Platform
7. Collaborate well with onshore/offshore development team as team member
8. Ability to adapt and develop solutions in an agile environment
9. Should follow quality check process for each logical implementation and get reviewed
10. Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence
11. Effectively manage all aspects of projects and client communications

Skills Requirements:

1. Overall 4+ years of experience including 2+ years of experience managing a Service, CRM, Contact Center, or Customer Service space with proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud
2. Deep functional understanding of field service operations and processes
3. Prior experience with Field Service Lightning configuration
4. Prior experience with the implementation of Salesforce.com functionality
5. Firm understanding of Salesforce.com best practices
6. Prior experience working on an agile project
7. Have solid knowledge in Service Cloud
8. Business requirements assessment and delivery of findings including key pain-points
9. Proposes solutions to meet business needs, and ROI where applicable
10. Refined ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce
11. Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
12. Strong experience in Agile way of working. Minimum 2 end-to-end Service Cloud and customization implementations is required
13. Good analytical & problem-solving skill
14. Should have delivery experience working with the Global delivery model
15. FSL certification is a definite plus or the willingness to become certified
16. Excellent communication skills
