Job description:

1. 5-10 years of programming/systems analysis experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience with emphasis in applications and systems engineering development, database and middleware technologies.
2. 3 + years of experience working with the salesforce Sales Service and community cloud customer portal web services Apex SOQL Visual Force Eclipse IDE
3. Data Loader Reports and Dashboards
4. 3 + years of experience working development interacting with the client and other vendors; participation & support for UAT and support release management to the different environments.
5. Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage
6. Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and Business Processes around them
7. Experience with custom integration
8. Experience with Salesforce Sites API Calls
9. CPQ experience is good to have skill
10. Working experience in AppExchange App Development and Package Creation
11. Strong communication customer service troubleshooting and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision
12. Ability to identify and apply best practices standards and SDLC concepts to all functional areas. Mandatory skills Required
13. Salesforce Sales service community cloud hands on experience
14. Lightning web components development and customer 360 experience is a must
15. Apex/VF/Web services Very good in Java/coding hands-on experience
16. Working knowledge of technologies like AJAX JQuery and JSON â¿¢ Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model
17. Salesforce certifications is Mandatory

1. Should have worked on Onshore/offshore model
2. Should have experience in working with Agile model
3. Strong communications & presentation skills
4. Extensive stakeholder communication experience
5. Should be process oriented and drive it among teams
6. Self-starter and sets high standards for the quality of their deliverables
