Job Description:

Seeking a successful candidate will be a salesforce hands-on technical

development resource.The candidate will have a broad knowledge of the

Consumer relationship management, Service Cloud and Field Service lighting business

processes and the underlying IT solutions supporting them.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with Business stakeholders, Program teams to prioritize, develop and release Salesforce Out of Box solutions
2. Work towards project related to consolidating legacy applications into a Salesforce platforms
3. Design and build new Salesforce solutions including Service, FSL and Experience Cloud to the GEA business
4. Deploy new Salesforce solutions to improve agent productivity, automate non-value add
5. manual tasks and introduce Artificial Intelligence to power next best action logic and reduce process variation
6. Provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to other developers
7. Engage with multiple shared services DT teams to address, diagnose and resolve issues
8. Focused on automation first to maximize reusable solutions and streamline processes

Requirements:

1. 3-5+ years IT Salesforce experience - BS in CS, CE or equivalent
2. Hands-on development experience in salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lighting Applications
3. Salesforce Developer, Admin, Service Cloud certification is must
4. Field Service Lighting Certification is added advantage
5. Salesforce administration experience is a plus.
6. Experience in Develop lightning components and features
7. Experience in Salesforce communities is plus.
8. Experience in apex classes, batch Apex, triggers, VF page development.
9. Experience on integrations REST, XML, SOAP.
10. Domain knowledge in Service cloud, sales cloud and Field Service Lighting.
11. Experience in Lightning aura framework.
12. Salesforce Connect apps and event bus knowledge is added advantage.
13. Experience in using Data Loader, Workbench
14. Data Migration skills are added advantages
15. Comfortable in developing quick POC to prove out technology/ design aspects
16. Understands security risks for applications and code remediation techniques
17. Hands on configuration / customization of the Salesforce product, Provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers
