Experience: 5-7 years

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for designing, building & deploying requirements related to Service Cloud and Salesforce Platform
2. Responsible for aligning all deliverables based on the delivery standards
3. Delivery requirements on budget and on time
4. Responsible for following the Salesforce development best practices 

Technical Skills & Experience:

1. Skilled in Service Cloud with at least 3 implementations with hands on experience (5+ years Salesforce experience)
2. Salesforce Certified PD1
3. Showcase thorough knowledge on Service Cloud and its capabilities.
4. Work proactively to explore new features and utilize in project
5. Skilled UI developer
6. Experience using Agile methodologies and ways of working
7. Experience with Salesforce deployment process and tools

Soft Skills & Experience:

1. Strong creative skills and a willingness to learn and experiment
2. Ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with a range of stakeholders
3. Should be able to lead a team and help team members to overcome their technical blockers
