Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with specialized experience in Sales Cloud and end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  2. Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from initial concept to delivery and post-implementation support.
  3. Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to optimize lead management, opportunity tracking, account management, and sales forecasting processes.
  4. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
  5. Perform data migrations, data cleansing, and data quality assurance activities within Salesforce.
  6. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation processes.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  8. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
  3. Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
  4. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud features such as leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, campaigns, and reports/dashboards.
  5. Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
  6. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and ETL processes.
  7. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
  8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
