Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with specialized experience in Sales Cloud and end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from initial concept to delivery and post-implementation support.
- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to optimize lead management, opportunity tracking, account management, and sales forecasting processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
- Perform data migrations, data cleansing, and data quality assurance activities within Salesforce.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
- Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud features such as leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, campaigns, and reports/dashboards.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and ETL processes.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
