Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, customization, and integration. 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other related technologies.
• Customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs, including configuring workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other declarative features.
• Integrate Salesforce with other third-party systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
• Keep abreast of Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes and capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 or more years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Design System.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, layouts, and security settings.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
