Job description:

1. Excellent English business communication skills, with demonstrable capability in
2. interpreting, translating, and solutioning complex requirements.
3. Advanced knowledge and experience in Agile development, including participating and serving lead role in sprint planning, backlog- grooming, scrum calls, product demos etc.
4. Advanced knowledge and experience in code review and unit testing
5. Advanced knowledge and experience in the applicable Salesforce technologies, associated with, and identified for, including, but not limited to, Force.com (Platform), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc. (the Applicable Technologies)
6. Advanced knowledge and experience of working with customization, configuration and coding in Salesforce using Apex, triggers, Lightning components.
7. Proficient experience in tracking UAT and SIT bugs and driving them to closure
8. Advanced knowledge and experience with change management / version control tools such as GitHub, TFS, etc.
9. Proficient knowledge and experience in external system Integrations using web services, including Salesforce integration methods, patterns, and supporting technologies
10. Proficient experience mentoring, and delegating tasks, to junior developers.
11. Proficient experience tracking all deliverables at a team member level – code, documentation, usage of tools etc.
12. Proficient at coordinating with customer technology leads on all project deliverables.
13. Proficient experience working in a global implementation model.
