Experience: 6-10 yrs

Requirements:

1. 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience in SFDC Development and implementations
2. Work experience on various Salesforce Clouds
3. Able to leverage OOB solutions and configurations (workflow rules, process builder, data security etc.)
4. Hands on Experience in configuring lightning Flows, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules and Approval process.
5. Hands on Experience with Profiles, Permission sets, Role Hierarchy, Page layouts, Record Types, Formulas, Reports and Dashboards.
6. Hands on Experience with Apex classes/Apex triggers/SOQL, SOSL, LWC and APIs
7. Knowledge/experience in Asynchronous operations that includes Future Methods/Queueable/ Batch and schedulable Apex.
8. Knowledge / experience with Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
9. Experience in Integrating Salesforce with other external systems
10. Solid experience is Version control tools such as Git or Subversion and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
11. Experience with HTML/JavaScript/CSS
12. Agile development experience
13. Good attention to the detail
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
15. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Ability to design Salesforce solutions end to end
2. Build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex components with best practices.
3. Collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members.
4. Adhere to Salesforce best practices, Code review, Maintain code documentation, and Write / maintain test classes for all custom development.
5. Work with business-facing and quality assurance team members to understand requirements and resolve issues.
6. Estimate effort for personal tasks and be accountable for quality and timely execution
