Secondary Skills: Salesforce Admin, Good at Integration & Testing

Location: Remote (WFH)

Timings: 4 pm to 12 am IST

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of new and enhancements of existing SFDC Platform and Force cloud-based applications, including systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
2. Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
3. Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
4. Salesforce integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools and developing custom integration solutions
5. Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
6. Design, implement and support features for the Salesforce Communities & Knowledge project

Essential Skills:

1. Min 2+ years of experience in SF Development, 2 year in SF CPQ (Steelbrick) & 1 Year In Lightening & LWC, 0.5 - 1 Year in Admin
2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) APEX code design techniques and methodologies including development tools, quality assurance/control.
3. Experience with technologies integral toSalesforce.com including: HTML/XHTML, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Apex, SOQL,SOSL and Triggers.
4. Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to the production environment and addressing issues related to functionality, integration, etc.
5. Salesforce.com Communities, Partner/Customer Portal implementation, Knowledge Base Experience with Salesforce.com security model and sharing rules.
6. Experience in troubleshooting and working with end-users to ensure that applications meet theirs.
7. Develop and create customized reports and dashboards Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality.
8. Ability to think through multiple solutions to a problem set and look ahead for possible conflicts.
9. Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally Certifications and nice to have:
10. In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with a good understanding of the business processes (Client Support, Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, etc.).
11. Extensive experience with creating Apex Classes, Apex Triggers and Visualforce Pages, Integration, and development of Lightning Components
12. Expertise in Administrative tasks like maintaining User Roles and Security, Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events
13. Experience working across various SFDC implementations covering at least 2 of the following (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and AppExchange Applications)
14. Understanding of data Structures and experience in Data Migration using Import Wizard, Workbench, and other integration tools like Apex Data Loader
15. Strong problem-solving skills
16. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
17. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
18. Proven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience
19. Experience with various Web Technologies & Frameworks
20. Experience developing applications that interact with Salesforce via the SOAP or REST APIs
21. Expertise in understanding clients organizational goals and objectives
22. Experience in conducting systemwide requirement analysis
