Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Lightning Consultant with a strong background in sales and service processes. As a Salesforce Lightning Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet our organization's sales and service requirements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales and service teams, to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce Lightning configurations and customizations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, particularly in the Lightning platform, along with a solid understanding of sales and service processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand sales and service processes.
- Design and implement Salesforce Lightning solutions to support sales and service operations, ensuring scalability, performance, and user-friendliness.
- Customize Salesforce Lightning components, including page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and process automation, to align with business requirements.
- Develop custom Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and Apex classes to extend Salesforce functionality when necessary.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce integration with third-party systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless information flow.
- Perform data analysis and data cleansing activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce Lightning features and functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and releases, and assess their potential impact on the organization's sales and service processes.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure the reliability and stability of Salesforce solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on Salesforce Lightning.
- Strong understanding of sales and service processes and their implementation in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning components, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and process automation.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration methods, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of data management and data quality best practices within Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
