Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Experience:

1. 8 – 12 years IT experience
2. 8 - 10 years in overall SFDC experience,
3. 8+ years Applicable Technologies development experience.

Educational Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree preferred.
2. Multiple and advanced Salesforce Developer certifications

Must Have: Candidate must have Marketing Cloud Experience

Required skills:

1. Outstanding English business communication skills
2. Advanced, demonstrable capabilities in interpreting, translating and solutioning complex business problems and their associated requirements.
3. Advanced knowledge and experience in Agile development, including participating and serving lead role in sprint planning, backlog- grooming, scrum calls, product demos etc.
4. Advanced knowledge and experience in code review and unit testing
5. Advanced knowledge and experience in the applicable Salesforce technologies associated with, and identified for, a CBRE engagement, including, but not limited to, Force.com (Platform), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc. (the Applicable Technologies)
6. Advanced knowledge and experience of working with customization, configuration and coding in Salesforce using Apex, triggers, Lightning components.
7. Advanced experience in tracking UAT and SIT bugs and driving them to closure
8. Advanced knowledge and experience with change management / version control tools such as GitHub, TFS, etc.
9. Advanced knowledge and experience in external system Integrations using web services, including Salesforce integration methods, patterns, and supporting technologies
10. Advanced experience mentoring, and delegating tasks, to junior developers.
11. Advanced experience tracking all deliverables at a team member level – code,
