Role: Salesforce Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-10 yrs

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Skills Required: 

1. SFDC System Developer: 5 to 10 years IT industry total experience, specifically in Salesforce.com development (coding) and implementation. Any prior experience with other technologies like Java would be a plus.
2. Looking for a mix of engineers in the 5-6 year and 5 to 10 year experience category

Mandatory (min 3 years) strong customization and configuration
experience in the following areas:

1. Experience in developing custom Lightning components in LWC. LWC is highly preferred. If not then working exposure to Aura components is acceptable.
2. Apex, API’s, Triggers
3. Asynchronous processes, Scheduled and Batch Apex
4. Integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST)
5. Implementation knowledge of workflow rules, validation rule, approval process etc
6. Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and SOSL
7. HTML, CSS, JavaScript
8. Data loader
9. Service Cloud implementation

Must have: 

1. Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for improvements
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Experience collaborating with distributed global team will be added advantage.
5. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels
6. Should have worked in Agile setup.
7. Exposure to SAFe framework is desirable.

Nice to Have:

1. Working experience in community cloud is a plus
2. Knowledge of Continuous Delivery and Integration CD/CI, test automation frameworks would be an added advantage.
