Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will play a key role in maximizing the efficacy of the Salesforce CRM. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of customizations, applications and integrations in salesforce sales cloud. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and future of company.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
2. Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
3. Build Salesforce applications using Lightning, Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the client requirements.
4. Develop highly interactive UI using Lightning, Visualforce and JavaScript technologies.
5. Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems
6. Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce. com platform
7. Create and execute unit testing and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
8. Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
9. Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
10. Communicate effectively with a globally distributed team

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of Salesforce Developer experience, must be proficient in Experience cloud
2. Ability to perform administrator functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, etc
3. Good understanding of salesforce data structures, objects, data access tools like developer workbench, data loader
4. Extensive Experience in Lightning Configuration and Customization using Lightning Web components or Aura components
5. Experience in Salesforce Integration using REST or SOAP API
6. Extensive experience in developing Visual force pages in salesforce
7. Extensive experience with APEX programming in salesforce
8. Ability to perform impact analysis independently when enhancing existing solutions
9. Experience in designing Custom objects, Custom fields, Page layouts, Flows, Process Builder, workflow, Approval processes, Validation rules, Custom tabs, Reports, Dashboards and Lightning record pages according to application requirements
10. Experience in migrating code from sandboxes to production, validating deployments, resolving deployment issues
11. Experience in using the Developer Console, VS Code, Workbench and Data loader
12. Should have Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
13. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field
14. Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
