Job Description:

1. 5+ years of Overall & min 2+ Yrs in FSL relevant experience.
2. Deep functional understanding of field service operations and processes.
3. Prior experience with Field Service Lightning configuration & customization.
4. Prior experience with the implementation of Salesforce.com functionality.
5. Firm understanding of Salesforce.com best practices.
6. Prior experience working on an agile project.
7. Have solid knowledge in Service Cloud.
8. Business requirements assessment and delivery of findings including key pain-points.
9. Proposes solutions to meet business needs, and ROI where applicable.
10. Salesforce certifications would be an added advantage
