  • Job Description:
  • In this role, we are looking for someone having good knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) and having expertise in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) who has designed and implemented Salesforce Field Service (SFS), Salesforce Platform, Integration, Data Management, Apex/Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design & Build Salesforce Lightning components
    1. Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills
    2. Perform Impact analysis
    3. Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX
    4. Should create the technical design from Functional design/Requirement
    5. skills and knowledge in designing, configuring, building, and implementing Advanced Field Service. (Service, resource, capacity management, and work order and service appointment scheduling)
    6. Implementation Strategies and Design
    7. Resource Management
    8. Foundation
    9. Mobile
    10. Assets
    11. Optimization
    12. Ability to lead and handle a scrum/agile dev team
    13. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set as well as manage expectations
    14. Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
    15. Familiar with source code version management, and code deployment standards
  • Technical Experience:
  1. Must have more than 7 years of experience on the Salesforce platform with a minimum of 2+ years of experience on Salesforce Field Service.
    1. Good experience in writing custom codes, components using APEX
    2. Understanding of JSON and familiarity with scripting languages or configuration frameworks.
    3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
    4. Understanding of key design patterns and best practices.
    5. Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems.
    6. Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
    7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    8. Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
    9. Key technical skills desired: OOPS, APEX, HTML5, JavaScript, Web Services
    10. Setting up of Field service configurations like
  • o  enablement of FSL related permission sets
  • o  service appointment cycles
  • o  Global actions and Scheduling (work rule, service objective), optimization policies
  • o  Maintenance of Dispatcher console UI, Emergency dispatch
  • o  Setting up of contractors and its technician users, assigning the right profiles, sites.
  • o  Creation and maintenance of Knowledge base, Skill, Capacity, Work type, Service territory, service resource, Operating hours, User Territories, Map polygons.
  • o  Customization of Service reports, Mobile app functionalities.
  • o  Enablement of Data Integration Rules for geocodes.
  • o  Preparation of Inventory Management
  • o  Enablement of Inventory locations
  • o  Product Requests, Transfer for the Field Service Lightning Mobile App
