Position Overview:

The Salesforce Functional Consultant is responsible for performing client needs analysis, identifying client

business processes and creating requirements documents. The Senior Functional Consultant will also

configure systems as well as provide solutions consulting and recommendations for systems

enhancements. This position is also responsible for solution design, configuration of Salesforce Service

Cloud, and overall functional implementation and usability of systems. This position acts as a liaison

between technical and non-technical staff to ensure all deliverables meet the client's business needs and

our highest standards. Strong candidates will have senior level consulting experience and skilled with

technologies such as, Salesforce and CRM solutions.

Preferred Qualification:

1. Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience and minimum 5 years as Salesforce functional consultant
2. Proficient in English and comfortable in customer facing role.
3. Discover, document, and analyze key processes
4. Must be able to lead and conduct requirement discovery exercises with customer stakeholders
5. Reliably deliver Salesforce Administration solutions to clients, with minimal oversight
6. Detailed understanding of the Salesforce Classic, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Sandbox Enterprise development environments
7. Demonstrated knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud and comfortable with making configurations in Salesforce including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, migration tools, and SOQL
8. Must demonstrate a strong ability to design solutions based on functional requirements
9. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
10. Team player that is able to help out other members
11. Salesforce Certification(s) preferred – Please elaborate what certifications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on projects focused on Salesforce Service Cloud development
2. Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
3. Lead requirement discovery sessions with customer stakeholders
4. Elicit Functional Requirements through various communication channels, including face-to-face and remote mediums.
5. Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope
6. Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
7. Accountable for certain project deliverables and documents as well as project outcomes and quality
8. Proficient in systems configuration
9. Work through entire lifecycle of project development, leading business side of the project.
