Role: Salesforce IAM Specialist

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Over all 10+ yrs of experience
2. At least 6 years of Salesforce and CRM Experience
3. Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator certification is mandatory
4. One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud), multiple certifications highly preferred

Required Experience:

1. At least 3+ years of experience in System Security, Identity and Access Management
2. Good working knowledge of deploying and using IAM tools
3. Working knowledge of one or more of following: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Social Sign-On, SSO, LDAP
4. Excellent understanding on Active Directory, LDAP, Identity Management Software, MFA
5. Technically sound in web application security, networking fundamentals, Windows environment and Security
6. Proven ownership abilities in collaborating with project/product teams and multi-vendor culture
7. Excellent presentation skills, with good oral and written communication
8. Preferred to be "Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Designer"
