Role: Salesforce Lead Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to a team designing and building features on the salesforce platform
• Lead and contribute to all technical aspects of projects
• Manage the development and deployment of new requirements or enhancements to existing processes
• Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all developments
• Ensures that the developed solution is in alignment with salesforce best practices
• Oversees and coordinate the development team and performs code reviews
• Foster learning and facilitate communication between team members to ensure success.
• Create and maintain development and integration plans
• Manage deployments and CI
• Respond to production problems

Qualification/Experience:

• At least 5+ years of recent hands-on Salesforce experience in writing custom APEX code
• 2+ years in technical leadership and mentoring experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2 certification is required
• Additional certification in the following areas is preferred: sales cloud, service cloud, community cloud, architect domain exams.
• Proven experience with Salesforce custom development using Apex
• Experience with Lightning development is a must
• Experience in broader programming technologies such as HTML, XML, Json, Jquery, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript is required.
• Experience in Bitbucket, versioning tools and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Knowledge in identity management and platform encryption is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly
• Experience with stakeholder management (setting expectations, reporting)
• Strong communication skills
