Work Experience: 3+ yrs

Location: Hyderabad

Resource must have:

1. Working hands on experience on Salesforce Lightning Web Component development.
2. Understand customization's done in Classic and evaluate all these customizations are needed in Lightning.
3. Prioritized list of custom components that need to be migrated to Lightning Web Component.
4. Actions to optimize usage and performance.
5. Experience in Web Service Frameworks (REST & SOAP API)
6. Code analysis tools to analyze custom codes and their efficiency
7. Design solution on the principles of configuration and use of OOB features to ensure scalability of the org.
8. Use Lightning Flows to Automate some of processing needs.
9. Reduction in Technical debt.
10. Bring enabler and thought leadership to help with higher user adoption
11. Should have a thorough understanding of Salesforce.com project lifecycle.
12. Experience reviewing and documenting code.
13. Knowledge on Source Control.
14. PDII Certification preferred.
